Must Watch: Second Trailer The Wolfman!

Universal has debuted the second new trailer for Joe Johnston's The Wolfman. I just have to say I love this new trailer. Now-a-days they tend to give the whole movie away in under 2 minutes. It's so annoying! They really just need to simplify the trailers i.e. less dialogue and more intensity. I think having a song play in the background is also a great idea. Anyway, I'm not usually a wolfman kind of girl - I'm much more into vampires. However, this film looks really good. It's dark and stylized, it's mysterious and eerie, and above all, it has an amazing cast! I'm a huge fan of every main actor in the film. It's unfortunate this movie won't be released on Halloween. How perfect would that be? Anyway, check out the new trailer below.

Lawrence Talbot, a haunted nobleman, is lured back to his family estate after his brother vanishes. Upon his return and after being reunited with his estranged father, Talbot is bitten and cursed by a werewolf.

The Wolfman is directed by visual effects Oscar winner Joe Johnston, of Honey I Shrunk the Kids, The Rocketeer, Jumanji, October Sky, Jurassic Park III, and Hidalgo previously. The screenplay was co-written by Andrew Kevin Walker (Se7en, 8MM, Sleepy Hollow) and David Self (The Haunting, Thirteen Days, Road to Perdition). Universal will be bringing The Wolfman to theaters on February 12th, 2010.

I can't wait to see this movie. What are your thoughts?

I'd say this is coming just in time for your Valentine's Day tradition. Have fun! It looks pretty cool. Me, I'm gonna wait for the DVD, watch all the special features and then watch the movie in broad daylight. I may even get a portable player so I can watch it outside in broad daylight. LOL

Yes, B.Goddes, but this movie does hold an element of love to it and I’m not too sure I wanna subject myself to that crap on Valentines Day, so we’ll see.
