'The Art of David Fincher' - A Tribute

Source: JoBlo

In honor of the talented David Fincher and his latest film, The Social Network (which is a must see in my opinion), I decided to post this really cool YouTube tribute that gives us a great look at Fincher's fantastic work. I'm a huge Fincher fan, and with films like Fight Club, Se7en, The Game, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button how can you not be? This tribute, created by Nick Bosworth and Fraser Lomas over at JoBlo is wicked sweet. It's probably the best tribute I've seen in his honor. Any fan of his should definitely take a look. Enjoy!

I feel this tribute really shows how brilliant and wide-range Fincher really is. It shows his vast emotional range as a director. There's no way anyone can watch this and not be amazed by his stunning work. He is definitely one of my all time favorite filmmakers, hands down. With The Social Network he's succeeded yet again at telling another fascinating, modern story with as much brilliance as ever before. Could this finally be his year at the Oscars? We'll find out soon!

What is your favorite Fincher film?

Awesome tribute, but would like to have seen some clips from Alien3 DIRECTOR'S CUT!! along with clips from some of the music videos that got him into feature films. Also-- let us not forget the famous "smoking fetus" anti-smoking commercial.
